We can do better

We’re are in competition with no one rather with ourselves. We can improve on who are and be the best versions of ourselves. When we compete unhealthily with others we must know we have dropped the standard of measure for our improvement and recognise to work on it.

It’s about who we were, who we are and who we could be. Also where we were, where we are now and where we could be. These ought to be our measures for progress.
